利用規約
Wordrop – 話すと届く字幕 ／ 最終更新：2026年10月27日 / October 27, 2026（部屋の記録の保存期間を追記）
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、齋藤翔平（Saito Shohei）（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリ「Wordrop – 話すと届く字幕」およびそのブラウザ版（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、話した言葉を文字にし、翻訳して、近くまたは離れた参加者の画面に字幕として届けるサービスです。音声認識と翻訳は、原則として会話を始めた人（ホスト）の iPhone などの端末の中で行われます。
2. 翻訳・文字起こしの正確さについて
音声認識と機械翻訳には誤りが含まれることがあります。本サービスの字幕や翻訳の正確さ、完全さは保証されません。医療、法律、契約、安全など、誤りが重大な結果につながる場面では、本サービスの結果だけに頼らず、原文の確認や専門の通訳の利用などで必ず確認してください。
3. 料金とサブスクリプション
- 無料プランでは、1回の会話は45分まで、近くの iPhone どうしでのみ利用できます。
- 有料プラン「Wordrop Pro」（月額500円、地域により価格は異なります）は、Apple の App Store を通じた自動更新サブスクリプションです。料金はお使いの Apple アカウントに請求されます。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。解約や管理は、iPhone の「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
- 返金は Apple の規定に従います。運営者は支払い情報（カード番号など）を受け取りません。
- 会話の参加者は、アプリでもブラウザでも無料で、アカウントは不要です。
4. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
- 相手の同意なく会話を記録したり、他人の権利（プライバシー、著作権など）を侵害したりする利用
- 本サービスや中継サーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング
- 参加用の QR コードやリンクを偽造・改ざんし、他人を誤解させる行為
5. 参加の管理
会話を始めた人（ホスト）は、参加を承認制にしたり、参加者を会話から外したり、部屋を閉めたりできます。外された参加者は、その部屋にしばらく参加できなくなります。
5-2. 会話の内容について
会話の内容に関する責任は、話した人・入力した人にあります。会話を始める人は、参加者に字幕の仕組み（声が文字になり、翻訳されて画面に表示されること）を伝えたうえで利用してください。
6. サービスの変更・停止
運営者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。
7. 免責
運営者は、本サービスの利用または利用できなかったことによって生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
8. App Store の利用条件
App Store から入手したアプリには、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。
9. 規約の変更
運営者は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。
10. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は、運営者の住所地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use (English)

These terms govern your use of “Wordrop – 話すと届く字幕” and its browser version (the “Service”), provided by 齋藤翔平（Saito Shohei） (the “Operator”). By using the Service you agree to them.
Accuracy
Speech recognition and machine translation can be wrong. Captions and translations are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Do not rely on them alone where mistakes could matter (medical, legal, contracts, safety); check the original text or use a professional interpreter.
Plans and subscription
The free plan allows sessions of up to 45 minutes between nearby iPhones. “Wordrop Pro” (¥500/month in Japan; prices vary by region) is an auto-renewable subscription billed to your Apple Account through the App Store. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple’s policies. The Operator never receives your payment details. Guests join for free without an account.
Not allowed
Illegal use; recording others or infringing their rights without consent; overloading or attacking the Service or its relay; forging or tampering with join QR codes or links.
Other
Speakers are responsible for what they say and type. The Service may change or stop without notice. Except for intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the Service. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
